Free State Seniors 2018 Tournaments Cattail Creek

The Free State Seniors held their final tournament of 2022 at Winters Run Golf Club in Bel Air this afternoon. Unfortunately, due to the "pop-up shower" that dumped several inches of rain on us, we were unable to complete the round. The scores below were based on the first 12 holes that each team was able to complete, relative to their par. The 49 members who played gave their best effort despite the downpours. Congratulations to the winners and "Thank You" to everyone who participated today!

Winters Run Golf Club is a classic 18-hole championship golf course with lush, mature rye fairways, impeccable tees and gently rolling greens. The course features 6,750 yards of challenging golf when played from the back tees and plays to a par of 72. The course provides a challenge for all skill levels when played from one of the various sets of tees. Many improvements have been made to the golf course over the last several years, and a comprehensive master plan ensures that the best is yet to come.

Designed by Raymond F. Loving, Jr., ASGCA, Winters Run Golf Club was established in 1972 on 200 acres of scenic farmland in Bel Air, Maryland, nestled in the heart of Harford County, the club is just 20 minutes north of Baltimore.
